How do I book?
You can check real-time availability and reserve your dates directly on our booking page. Booking direct is the easiest way to lock in your week at Palm + Pearl.
How many guests can the home sleep?
Palm + Pearl is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The maximum occupancy listed at booking is the limit we're able to accommodate.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most dates have a minimum-night requirement, which can be longer during summer and holiday weeks. The exact minimum for your dates will always show on the booking calendar.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date and you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are refunded at 50%.
When is payment due?
Payment is made in full at the time of booking. Once it's processed, your dates are confirmed and the home is yours.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times give our team the window needed to prepare the home for the next guests.
Is check-in self-service?
Yes. The home has keyless entry, and you'll receive your personal door code along with detailed arrival instructions before your stay — no need to meet anyone or pick up keys.
Can I arrange early check-in or late check-out?
When the calendar allows, we're happy to accommodate an earlier arrival or later departure. Just ask ahead of your stay and we'll let you know what's possible.
Is there a pool?
Yes. As a guest, you'll have access to the shared community pool, a short walk from the home.
Does the home really include a golf cart?
It does — a golf cart is included with your stay, perfect for cruising to the beach and around the area. A valid driver's license is required to operate it. After you book, we'll send a short golf cart waiver to sign and return before your arrival.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, so you can stream, work, or stay connected.
What's provided in the home?
The home comes fully furnished with fresh linens and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get you settled in.
Where do we park?
On-site parking is available in the driveway, with room for the golf cart as well. Specific parking details are included in your arrival instructions.
How far is the beach?
The sugar-white sand of Panama City Beach is about a mile away — an easy ride in the included golf cart. Directions to the nearest beach access are provided when you arrive.
What's nearby?
You're just minutes from Pier Park, the area's go-to spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus countless restaurants, grocery stores, and Gulf-front fun.
Are pets allowed?
To keep the home comfortable for every guest, Palm + Pearl is a pet-free home. We're unable to accommodate pets.
Is smoking permitted?
Palm + Pearl is a non-smoking home. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
Are parties or events allowed?
To respect the home and neighbors, parties and events are not permitted. The home is reserved for the comfort of your registered guests.
